Friendly staff who were always ready to help during my entire stay. the hotel is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, giving it a peaceful vibe. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the beach, perfect for a relaxing morning by the sea before grabbing lunch 🌊.

Recommend to others. Stylish, clean hotel, nonetheless with very limited view. Attentive staff, excellent services, including lots of outstanding delicacies. Stunning location - right by the 8meter/25foot high cliff-like embankment, the centre of the island in about 7 minutes on a moped and the center...
A bit dirty area.

Very nice place, if you can afford it. We saw many resorts at Koh Mak and Plubpla seems to hit the top.. Excellent staff, special thanks to Beer, the manager for her kind and efficient support during our stay. Nice food, pleasant swimming pool, spacious and comfortable bungalows, small but nice "your own" beach . And good location for those who wants privacy and silence. We enjoyed.
No complaints to hotel. Probably a bit overpriced comparing to other resorts on Koh Mak. Beach is nice, but low tide makes swimming difficult as seabed is mostly rocky

Actually the Hotel and service was great, however spoiled by a 3% credit card charge at the end indicated nowhere. For a hotel on an island with no ATM this is close to blackmailing. @Booked.net: please fix your site or conditions

We liked the service, the location and the swimming pool. Also the food in the resort was really good. Good personnel, and again, some great views from the hotel.
No wifi in the rooms, only in reception area. Some details on the decoration and rooms need to br reworked (swimming pool deck and mosaic for exemple).
